This Release Agreement ("Release") is entered into between you ("User", "you") and MaxyblaqEasyLife ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Prompt Doctor (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Release in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that the Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence models which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or otherwise unreliable output. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with reviewing, relying on, sharing, publishing or otherwise acting on any AI-generated output, educational content, marketplace prompt or recommendation produced by the Service.
2. Release and waiver of claims
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue MaxyblaqEasyLife, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners and licensors (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
- any decision or action taken (or not taken) in reliance on AI output, lessons or templates;
- any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business or opportunity;
- any third-party content, links, integrations or services accessed via the Service;
- any breach by you of our Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Service, your content or prompts, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
4. No professional relationship
Nothing in the Service creates a professional relationship between you and the Released Parties, including any legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological or other advisory relationship. See our Disclaimers for full details.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Release excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Governing law
This Release is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save for mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
