These Terms govern your use of Prompt Doctor (the “Service”) operated by MaxyblaqEasyLife(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscription, billing & taxes
- The Free plan is offered at no cost with usage limits.
- The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe at the price displayed at checkout, including VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from the Pricing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices on at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply to the next renewal.
4. 14-day right to cancel a subscription (UK / EU hybrid policy)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your Pro subscription within 14 daysof the start of the subscription, for any reason and without giving a justification.
- Within 14 days of subscribing: when you cancel from the Pricing page, your Pro access ends immediately and we automatically issue a full refundof the subscription payment for that billing period back to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- After 14 days: by continuing to use Pro beyond the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly confirm that the digital service has been fully performed and you waive your right to cancel and to a refund for that and any subsequent billing period. Cancellations made after day 14 take effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access until then and are not refunded for the unused remainder.
- The 14-day right applies only to the first subscription period of a given Pro plan. Renewal payments after that initial period are not eligible for the cooling-off refund.
- This policy applies to subscriptions only. Marketplace prompt purchases (section 5) and promotion / advertising payments (section 5b) remain non-refundable as described below, because they are digital content / services delivered immediately.
- Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a service is faulty, mis-described, or not as advertised.
5. Marketplace purchases — non-refundable
Ready-to-use prompts and prompt packs purchased from the Marketplace are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery starts. All Marketplace prompt purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law (e.g. the product is faulty, mis-described, or not as advertised).
5b. Promotion & advertising payments — non-refundable
Ad balance top-ups and amounts spent on promoting prompts (pay-per-click or per-impression campaigns, sponsored placements, and any related promotional features) are digital services delivered immediately. By topping up or launching a campaign you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. All promotion payments — including unspent ad balance — are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law. Rewards earned from promotion spend (such as complimentary Pro access) are granted as a goodwill bonus, are non-transferable, have no cash value and may be revoked in cases of abuse.
5c. 1:1 Consultation bookings — non-refundable
The 1:1 Consultation is a paid one-time guidance and strategy session (currently £150 GBP) booked via the /consultation page. By completing payment you expressly consent to immediate supply of the service and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. The following terms and conditions apply:
- All consultation payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances once the booking is paid for, except where required by mandatory law.
- The session is guidance and strategy only. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own effort and consistency. We do not offer job placement, employment, or any income guarantee.
- Weekly slots are limited. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the slot and the payment.
- You must come prepared and ready to take action, with a stable internet connection and a quiet environment. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
- Any materials, recommendations, or recordings shared during or after the session are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing purposes.
- Submit personal data of others without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Generate content that violates AI provider policies (CSAM, weapons of mass destruction, targeted harassment, etc.).
7. Your content & licence
You retain ownership of prompts, analyses and notes you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display this content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. AI output
AI-generated output is provided “as is”. It may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it. See our Disclaimers.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding and curriculum, is owned by MaxyblaqEasyLifeand protected by UK and international IP laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it under these Terms.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, abusive usage, or where required by law. You may terminate by deleting your account.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, data or goodwill.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence as permitted by law.
